What is it?
the A3ds '3d Splitter' is an innovative multi-extrusion system for fdm or fgf 3D printers.
The system was designed by a maker who needed to simplify the calibration and use of two or more extruders in his machines.
After a period of research, the first version was born in 2022, which led to the creation of a patent for the industrial invention of the mechanism and operating principle, different from all systems already on the market

why? our 3d splitter is designed to eliminate the offset between the nozzles.
This has many advantages, as to adapt our 3d splitter to an existing printer we only need to integrate a pause system into the slicer and add a customised gcode for the pause, which we have designed ourselves. in most cases we therefore do not need to modify the machine's firmware or integrate offsets into the slicer and proceed with slow calibrations!
